Watch out! There's an Ironman about!
Warren recently completed a Half ironman event in Haugesund, Norway. The 70.3 race is one of the more scenic events, with athletes swimming in Skeisvatnet, a small lake, competing on the bike along the coastline of the North Sea and running through the town center before finishing at the inner harbour of Haugesund. Named 70.3 due to the distances involved in miles the race consisted of a 1.2-mile (1.9 km) swim, a 56-mile (90 km) bike ride, and a 13.1-mile (21.1 km) run.
